River City Racks carry a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase to the original purchaser against defects on the structural, workmanship or materials.  The warranty is void if the product has been modified, overloaded, misused, or failed to assemble, mount or use the product or its accessory following written instructions, guidelines, and safety recommendations. 

 

In no event shall River City Racks be liable for incidental or consequential damages to the user's vehicle, cargo, or other person or property. This warranty is non-transferable.
